AllieWay is a task management application implementing the Getting Things Done (GTD) methodology. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You retain ownership of any tasks, projects, and other content you create in AllieWay. We claim no ownership over your data.

AllieWay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
